Access to the studio via a fixed staircase from the communal kitchen/diner.

Sleeping/living space of 15m² with a large window overlooking your 10m² terrace. This space has a modern floor, plastered walls, beautiful lamps and a pantry. The bathroom of approx. 3.2m² has a shower, washbasin with furniture, toilet and a fresh, sleek look.
