Semi studio no. III (32,7m²):

Sleeping/living space of almost 30m² with a large window overlooking your own private terrace of approx. 10m². This space has a modern floor, plastered walls, beautiful lamps and a pantry. The bathroom of approx. 3.7m² has a walk-in shower, washbasin with furniture and a fresh, sleek look.
